BBQ sauce is a perfect complement to your barbeque and grilling recipes.

It blasts freshly cooked slabs of meat with succulent flavor, providing an illustrious experience for the barbequing enthusiast. Barbeque sauce can be used in many ways. Using a brush, glaze your piece of meat with your choice of barbecue sauce. You can also use it as a condiment – just make sure you don’t apply too much to block the taste of your bbq patty!

In grilling recipes, never cook barbeque sauce along with the meat.

This demonstrates poor barbequing and grilling technique and is a crime to grilling. If gas grills were enforcers, they would probably light up, spark up a small flame, and pepper you with heat until you get the message. Remember, the ingredients in the barbecue sauce can burn in your barbeque smokers if not careful – destroying the taste of your grilling recipes. Always enhance your barbecue recipes by waiting until the end of grilling to apply the sauce. Never use barbeque sauce to marinade meat either. Using gas grills, slow cook your sauces throughout a long period of time (1 or 2 hours) to enhance flavor. Keep in mind that indirect grilling on natural gas grills or barbecue smokers is the number 1 way to cook food.

Barbecue sauce is extremely delicious and extremely mouth watering. Make your own sauce for an added unique touch in your grilling and barbequing endeavors. It has been said that bbq sauce is an aphrodisiac. Why not? The aroma of a barbeque sauce is straight up overpowering instances. How can you let your bottle of North Carolina sauce sit there without being consumed? It’s sitting there begging to be eaten along with a char broiled leg of lamb. Forget about grilling a sirloin steak – drink it out of the bottle instead!
